My Heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the King: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. Psalms 45: 1 KJV

With the release of her first book, "Ashley's Unforgettable Summer," Grace Reddick has joined the rank of published authors. She has collected friends and memories along the way. She say's enduring friendships play an important role in her life.
Grace was born and grew up in Savannah, GA and moved to Ellabell, GA in 1970, where she currently resides.
She is a member of the International Society of Poets, The Christian Pen, Authors Den, a minister partner of The Fellowship Of Christians and Jews, Christians United For Israel, FIDS (Friends of The Israel Defense Forces) a member of Defender of Zion, The Jerusalem Prayer Team, and also a member of CWTR (Christian Women Take Root).
Grace has donated books to all the school's and libraries she has been invited to. She wants children to have access to the book, and believes that reading is a vital part of learning.
Grace has always loved to write for her own pleasure. She began to journal many years ago, and found it to bring healing for her mind and spirit. It also enabled her to seek and express her inner self.
Grace has written poetry for the local paper, as well as articles and poetry upon request. She had always admired writers, and hoped that one day she would be able to achieve that same prestige . After a short period she put her writings aside for several years. She wasn't quite sure why, maybe the timing wasn't right. In 2006 Grace resumed her writing, realizing that she must pursue the talent that God had given her. She once again began to create a story, populate it with characters, and act out the ideas that were buzzing around in her head.
This is Grace's first book, but certainly not her last. After she complete's the book she is currently working on, Forsaken Land, she plan's to venture out and write on a personal level. Grace is drawn to write stories about those in crisis. By sharing some of her own experiences, she hopes to bring hope to individuals who are struggling to believe that God is faithful, cares about their pain and offers hope through Jesus Christ.
Her deepest desire is to uplift and bring renewed hope to those who may be experiencing difficult circumstances.
However, through Journaling, she has become more confident in writing and will use it as a guide for her new life. Not only to transition but to make sense of the change.
Her relationship with Jesus is the essence of all that she is, and fuels her motivation to enjoy life. She not only has a passion for writing, but continues to dream, explore and to go deep within her heart to seek God's will for her each day.
Grace strongly believes that it is never too late to follow your dream.
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Ephesians 4: 29, 31-32 NIV
